Default Is it Worth it?

Is this thing really worth it?

My game came with a key that doesn't work and have been getting nothing but a run-around from tech support. i am in a real situation and they realy don't give a hoot. i hope others have had better luck, as for me I have until tomorrow to return the game or to exchange it WoW. I think the later is in order as the quality of gameplay does not look that good.

I have included the entire tech support convo here, hopefully someone else will learn about this before they get had (pease read from bottom up).

The reason i submitted the second ticket is due to lack of response/action on your part.

I am Still waiting on a replacement for the Bad Key that came with my game, as of tomorrow I have to reurn this software for credit (store deadline). I sent the info that was required of me, what is up with this, I realy would like to play this game, but if I have to return it, i am not willing to take the chance that it will be the same story or that this thing is a scam.

also, because the key wouldn't work, it wouldn't allow me to create a user account.

If there any characters on the access key that are difficult to distinguish please try different combinations. I entered the correct key that came on the inside cover of my CD's case but it doesn't work!
It won't allow me to start my game account!

Default Now this is ridiculous!

Now they have disabled my acount so I cannot even get in contact with them.....I am outa here and will be posting this experience all over the web, for all to see

Bad key? As the tech support person said chances are you are confusing a letter, pretty easy to do as some of the letters are not distinguishable (8's and B's particularly). They've got to be careful about giving out keys otherwise everyone would call and get free keys. Its unfortunate that you've chosen a far inferior game to play but I hope you get some enjoyment out of it.

Simply return it to the seller, and replace it with a new game.


If you cannot wait 2 days to play........
